This Questionnaire is a part of the Summer Project undertaken by myself at SBI Mutual Funds. I request you to spend some of your valuable time answering the questionnaire. The information you provide will be used only for academic purposes and will be kept strictly confidential. The efficient delivery of mutual funds as an investment solution is an important industry concern. As a senior professional involved in the delivery of mutual funds as investment solutions, we would like to counsel your views and we hope that the resulting report will help us assist you in further expanding your services to your customers.
