Greetings New Covenant AOH Worship Team,

We are all called to play skillfully before the Lord
(Psalms 33:3), whether we are using an instrument or our voices.
In an effort to pursue an attitude of excellence for this upcoming year. I have developed an evaluation/survey that will help us assess where we are as both a team and individually. This evaluation will also help us propel towards our future goal of becoming great.

Please note: Your participation for this assessment is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this evaluation. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn about ourselves as a ministry.
Also, your survey responses will be strictly confidential.
