Hello:
My name is Susan Ramsey. I am conducting research for my Master's Thesis titled Job Satisfaction - A Nurse Manager's Perspective. As part of my research I am interested in learning how managers' job satisfaction in a Magnet hospital compares to those employed in a hospital that is not Magnet accredited. Approximately 30 people will be asked to complete this survey. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. In order for my data to be valid, however, it is very important for me to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
