Welcome to the Infringements Act 2006 Competency Assessment

The assessment is comprised of two tasks:
1) An Online Test comprising of 10 multiple choice questions and two Payment Due Date calculations; and
2) The completion of a sample Infringement Notice based on a supplied scenario.
                                                                                                
In order to be assessed as competent you MUST:
  • Correctly answer a minimum of 7 questions in the multiple choice task.
AND
  • Accurately record the Due Date for both calculations in this test.
AND
  • Complete and submit a sample Infringement Notice in clear and legible handwriting without any fatal flaws. The sample Infringement Notice and a scenario to be used for this Notice has been posted to you together with your study materials.
