Personal Productivity of Bapco's First Line Manage

This questionnaire is part of a project undertaken under the Bapco ILM Programme. It is designed to give indications of the personal productivity of the company’s first line managers. It will not provide a "full" and/ or "Scientific" analysis of the productivity level situation, but it will show where improvements can be made.

Remember there are no right and wrong answers and the purpose of the questionnaire is to give a general guide for the company's management to develop progarmmes that aim at increasing the productivity of the first line managers, whom you are one of them.
