The following questions are to meant to assist in review of the Senior Pastor position by the Carmel PNC. The rubric allows for quick investigation on a scale of points whether an applicant’s PIF contains those requirements chosen by the Committee. The rubric is meant as a tool for initial assessment of applicants’ PIFs and to provide a quantifiable representation of the PNC member’s initial assessment of the candidate. The Rubric is broken into two tiers. The first tier measures minimum requirements for a a candidate. If the candidate does not score an average of __ points in the first tier their PIF does not automatically move beyond the first tier. If the average score is greater than __then their PIF will be reviewed in the second tier.
