Portland State Polyamory Club Interest Survey

Hello:
You are invited to participate in the Portland State Polyamory Club Interest Survey. The purpose of our club is the support, advocate, educate, and provide a sense of community to those who identify as non-monogamous or questioning, as well as allow monogamous individuals to give support and solidarity to those who identity as non-monogamous or questioning. In order to create a greater sense of inclusion the PSPC defines polyamory as a relationship/sexual orientation where an individual practices, prefers, or leans towards a relationship/sexual style that is physically and/or emotionally non-monogamous. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact the Portland State Polyamory Club at our email [email protected].
