Post RIE Survey for Invoice Review Process

DIA has recently performed a Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) intended to improve the process of reviewing and approving the construction and professional services contract invoices by the Contract Administration Unit -Business Management Services (BMS) Section.

The DIA RIE Facilitation Team is conducting this survey in order to obtain your feedback as a participant in the RIE. We will use the responses for internal quality assessment and improvement purposes.
