Have you ever done an online job, or made money online by selling something or using services? If yes, please provide details about them.

Are you available to work part time 4-5 hours a week online? If yes, then please tell us what other responsibilities, tasks, studies or jobs are you taking part at the moment in your rest of the time.

Do you have your own dedicated computer? How much is your internet speed? Please give us a picture of which type of computer system you are using and headset as well?

What was your last salary you took from your current or last employer? What are your goals and expectations for next year 2014? How much do you want yourself to be earning a month?
