Hello there! I hope you will take the time to fill out this survey after you have booked your session (if you haven't booked a session yet - that's alright too!). I don't call it mandatory but I do strongly suggest filling it out to get the most out of your session. Filling out this questionnaire will help me with many things, like knowing a little bit about you, and knowing what you are looking for in your session.
