This is the survey for Foundations of Technology Block 3 class, this survey will be for the File 1.3.2: Developing a Design Proposal worksheet. The design that the survey is about will be the "Styencil" stylus/pencil. The Styencil is a mechanical pencil that can also be used as a wireless digital stylus. The Styencil is a mechanical pencil that is also designed to work on tablets and touchscreens. At the first end of the pencil, there is an extendable eraser, that can be replaced and removed, close to the bottom of the eraser is a gear that can be spun to extend/retract the eraser. When the eraser is removed, there is a small capsule inside that feeds graphite to the second end of the pencil. There is also a shirt clip, and near the shirt clip there is a "SYNC." button. The Sync button utilizes Bluetooth technology to "pair" with compatible devices. Then there is are two buttons, one of the buttons is used to retract graphite, and the button next to it extends the graphite. Surrounding the two graphite buttons is an aluminum base, the aluminum base has rubber nubs embedded into it and has smaller nubs coming from the base that assist with grip. The tip of the Styencil is an aluminum "cap" that has a plastic removable and replaceable nub coming out of it. This plastic nub is used on the screen or surface of the device that it is paired with, it has been hallowed out in order for graphite sticks to come out of it. The Styencil is 19 cm long (7.5 in) and 3 cm in diameter. The survey will now begin.
