I'm using the feedback from this survey to launch a new upcoming online program which will go live beginning of 2015, where I'll teach Small / Medium-sized businesses on how to develop a Strategic Plan and ultimately create a customized road map highlighting all of your social media platform business goals and implemented strategies.
