Prospective Bakery Survey

Hello:

We are a group of MBA graduate students from Anderson University. We are creating a Business Plan for a unique historical experience in a bakery setting. Taste & Time will use antique tools and old fashioned methods in an effort to rediscover the past and relive the taste. This will be a full service bakery with in-store cafe that offers group lessons, daily demonstrations, and catering. As we are determining the feasibility of such a place, we would like to invite you to participate in our brief survey. You will be completing a series of questions about your interest in this business in Hamilton County. It will take you approximately two minutes to complete the questionnaire!

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

We do ask you meet the following criteria:
1. You must be 18 years or older.
2. You must be a current resident of Hamilton County.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
