Dear Answerer,

Our study aims to define, explain, analyze and enhance the best qualities of leadership and management styles in different organizations. Your input is highly valued for carrying out the theoretical concepts to the empirical environment. We would like to emphasize that no judgement will be made neither on your personal preferences nor the management style of your direct supervisor. As an outcome, we will aggregate the responses without analysis of each answerer. General overview and recommendation, based on theoretical concepts, will be provided directly to your managers. We will ensure anonymousness for all the participants.
