Dear user,
You are invited to participate in my survey [A survey to home users of Microsoft products]. In this survey, approximately 50 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Microsoft. It will take approximately three or four minutes to complete the questionnaire. I am undertaking this survey as part of a study into the business ethics of Microsoft Corporation, in an attempt to determine whether Microsoft use unethical methods in regard to their competitors to gain market share. The theory I will be analysing is that Microsoft freely compete by leveraging unfair power they hold due to their operating system monopoly.
