Leader of Marines,
You are invited to participate in our survey to determine the effectiveness of the courses taught at Supply School, Training Command. In this survey, SNCOIC's and OIC's of Supply School graduates, across the operating forces, will be asked to complete a survey about the observed performance of their supply Marines within six months of graduating from their formal MOS course. It will take approximately five minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
