RAIT Evaluation


Recently the People and Culture branch has been trialling the use of the RAIT (Retention, Application, impact and Training benchmark) training evaluation tool(green and red forms) for pre and post training evaluations. As you participated in a training program where this methodology was trialled, we would very much appreciate your feedback regarding the process.




As identified, the RAIT evaluation process required you to complete two forms, one at the beginning and one at the end of the workshop. The following questions have been designed to provide critical feedback about the value of this approach to evaluation.
