I am your community surveyor.

I have been sent on behalf of the Ebola Task Force, an international project headed by the Government of Sierra Leone as well as international development agencies and private sector businesses, involved in the development, health and agriculture sector in Sierra Leone.

I have come to do a survey with you to find out about the impact of Ebola on agriculture and food security.
In this survey I will ask you questions about the community, the livelihoods the people are living in as well as questions on your agricultural activities, like farming and livestock and about your food security situation. The information gathered through this survey is used to put measurements and mechanisms in place that will support the community and help to drive Ebola out of Sierra Leone.
