Hello,
I am currently working on my final thesis at Endicott College and I would appreciate it if you could participate in my survey on retention in our industry. Approximately 30-50 people will be selected and asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their views on employee retention. The questionnaire is short and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in my thesis. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
