Reward and Commitment in Retail

Hello,
My name is Nicola Machin and I am studying Business Management at the University of Birmingham. Having worked in retail myself for many years, I am interested in the views of retail workers regarding the use of reward and how effective you feel your employer’s reward system is. Your feedback through this short questionnaire will be vital to my research. All answers will remain anonymous and results will be used to feed back into my research only.
