Would you like to establish a point system that is posted on JShare to increase transparency of days people have used risk and days people have been called in? (This would be an excel file with a plus/minus system where you get a +1 for being risked in to work and get a -1 for calling out for an illness. This way you would know the likelihood of being called in over a weekend or when all people on risk are available to work)
