Team Alignment & Effectiveness Survey

It has been nine months since the JGC Houston and Yokohama Alignment Team met and established the JGC America, Inc. vision and One Team Covenants. We, the Alignment Leadership Team, want to better understand alignment team member and discipline director views on the achievements we have made to become more aligned in how we work and interact between Yokohama and Houston.

The Alignment Team worked hard to establish the One Team Covenants in our sessions in January and February. We now want to know how we are doing at living by the One Team Covenants and acting and working as one JGC? This feedback is important to us. We want to both celebrate the achievements we have made as well as identify those areas where need to do more work. Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer the survey.
