WELCOME to the "Team Climate for Innovation" - TEAM Assessment

With this assessment, you and your team members will measure how well you foster a positive team climate for innovation. You will gain new insights about specific behaviors and skills that your team can practice every day. By doing so, you can strengthen your levels of collaboration, creativity, confidence and commitment to produce innovative solutions to your day-to-day work challenges.

In order to give your team an honest, objective appraisal, please keep these guidelines in mind:

   1. Score your team based on your actual practices, not how you would ideally like them to be
   2. Do not be afraid to give your team 1’s or 5’s – stretch your scores to both ends if the descriptions fit
   3. For each statement, think of one time when your team has not done this and one time when your team has; consider both when you choose your rating

We hope you enjoy this opportunity to gain new insights!

You will receive your results either during an upcoming meeting/workshop or by e-mail.
