Exit Survey

1. Dear Faculty Member,

You are invited to participate in a survey which is part of a study being conducted by the ITSS Department, GTUC. It will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

This study explores faculty perceptions, use patterns, and expectations of IT resources and services, particularly as they relate to your teaching and research activities. The findings will contribute towards improving IT services at GTUC, as we can prioritize strategic contributions of IT to teaching and learning, and plan for technology shifts that impact faculty so GTUC can become more technologically competitive among peer institutions.

Participation in the survey is completely voluntary but we would like you to answer as honestly as you can. All responses are anonymous, and you can also choose to exit the survey at any point if you do not wish to continue.

If you have questions about the survey or the procedures, you may contact me at 0202698366 or by email at [email protected]

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
