Our quality assurance plan is to assure uniform quality and timeliness of Workstation/Printer Standard Services, Server Standard Service, Warranty Service, Emergency and Non-Standard Services.

This all starts with our mission to provide Computer Technical Support Services that meet and/or exceed customers’ expectation and En Pointe Technologies’ standards of business excellence.

We strive to ensure that our customers feel that our management and technical teams are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and courteous at all times.
