Hello: Financial Advisors
You are invited to participate in our Service Excellence Survey. In this survey, all Financial Advisors and Investment Consultants will be invited to complete a survey that asks questions about the current service standards. It will take approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary but encouraged.
Sometime in July, for 1 weekend and 1.5 Business Days, your CSOs will be attending Service Excellence Training with the aim of raising our Service Level Bar and instituting a Service Excellence Culture.
This pre survey will assist us to measure and improve on the service excellence culture development over the next few years.
