Dear Crave customer

Crave Maternity was born from Business Bump - a company set up to provide tailoring for those working in a formal professional environment. We are running a short survey to help inform our designs for future collections. In this survey, we are asking approximately 2000 pregnant ladies questions about what they wear (or were wearing before maternity leave) to work. It will take approximately two minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is greatly appreciated and we will email all respondents a special promotional code giving them £5 towards their next purchase. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
