You are invited to participate in our survey that will allow G6 to judge the effectiveness of the current Intranet and look at ways to improve the service we provide.In this survey, all the RD and 2i/c will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the Intranet, ease of use,content provided and preferred content. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study will be of great benefit to G6 and will allow us to improve the Intranet service to what is really required. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
