The 2016-2017 Suzhou Committee Compensation and Benefit Survey is
carried out by the AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center. Please submit this survey
before the close of business on Friday, September 23, 2016. Those who respond
to the survey will receive a report from Chamber staff by Friday, October 21.
All of your inputs will be held strictly confidential. Any submissions received
after the deadline will not be included in the survey and respective survey
respondents will not receive survey results. Results will be presented and
discussed on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 for general managers at the Suzhou
General Managers Forum and Thursday, October 20 for HR managers at the Suzhou
HR Management Forum. Please note: All questions in the survey refer to the company wide compensation and
benefit plans in your Suzhou facility. If direct or indirect labor is not
specified, please assume the question refers to your Suzhou facilities’ entire labor force.
Actual annual salary increase period is from 2015.09.01-2016.08.31.
Predicted annual salary increase period is from 2016.09.01 -2017.08.31.
