The following questionnaire has been designed to help assess the effectiveness of the use of web-based support system used by academics,secretarial and administration staff as well as students and other members of the college.This is part of an academic initiative undertaken by myself into the are of measuring and managing IT benefits.
The questionnaire has been divided into three parts.Parts A and B use the same set of 25 questions. Part C contains one specific question as well as an opportunity to you to provide open ended comment of the existing system which you are using.
Your answers to the questions in Part A refer to the system's attributes you believe are important to the effectiveness of the student support system.Your answer to the second set of 25 questions in Part B refer to how the information systems department of the college performs in terms of these system attributes.
Finally, in part C we would welcome any comments that you would like to make concerning your own experience with PCs and the computer networks and with the information systems department in respect of its effectiveness.
