Do you treat CMT?? If so, you are invited to participate in a brief two-part study to establish the inter- and intra-rater reliability of the Congenital Muscular Torticollis Severity Classification System (Kaplan et al, 2013). You will be asked to assign severity grades to a series of cases based on 3 clinical factors. Approximately two weeks after you complete the first part, you will receive a follow-up email asking you to repeat the grading process, with the case order remixed. Each part should take no more than 15 minutes and all materials are provided for you.

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this study. Your participation is very important and greatly valued.
Please refer to the handout describing each grade of CMT severity, the CMT classification grades and the decision tree per the Clinical Practice Guideline. (Kaplan et al. 2013) Please use those definitions to assign a severity grade to each of the 24 cases.
