Dear Trent Board of Governors and Leadership:

In preparation for the September 28-29 Strategic Review retreat, we have prepared a short survey. It's our intent that this will begin the thinking process, and give us a starting point to begin our discussions.

- This survey tool is intended only for current Board of Governors and senior leadership attending the Strategic Retreat. 
- It will take approximately 5 minutes
- Please complete before 5pm on Friday, September 23rd, 2016
- There are multiple choice-type questions, and an optional space available for written feedback at the end.
- This survey tool is anonymous and is being conducted by Laridae Communications Inc. who will provide the results to us as grouped data. The results will be used to inform our discussion. Laridae's privacy policy is here.
