The purposes of this survey are to firstly, obtain a perspective of your knowledge of Value Management (VM); secondly, the use of VM in every-day operational processes; and thirdly, to acquire opinions as to whether VM can be used as part of continuous improvement programmes for future growth.


Value Management is defined as a methodology that identifies opportunities to remove unnecessary costs while assuring that quality, reliability and performance will meet or exceed the customer’s expectations. The improvements are the result of recommendations made by multidisciplinary teams representing all parties involved.




In this survey, you will be asked to complete general questions about the Value Management Process. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
