In an effort to provide suitable and strategic service to, you, our customers; the Informations Technology department at Wire Belt has put together this short survey. It will take about 5 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. The purpose of this exercise is to get a better understanding of your needs for today as well as the future. In short, we would like to know if we are meeting our customer's needs on a regular basis. Based on the findings of this survey, we are prepared to implement changes as needed.
