Environmental Standards For Children & Young Persons In Emergency Care Settings Survey
A&E Department


Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a medical student at Cardiff University and I am currently carrying out my final year project. My interest lies in Emergency Medicine and in particular Paediatrics. In view of this I am conducting a survey on the facilities provided for children and young people based on the RCPCH document “Standards for Children and Young People in Emergency Care Settings”. We would be grateful if you could spare at most five minutes to complete this survey that will hopefully give us key information regarding the facilities offered to children attending for unscheduled care.
I would be grateful if the form could be completed by December 31st 2012.
