Turning Employee Experience Data into Operational Excellence

Mine gold at the intersection of data and people & turn it into meaningful business intelligence.

About the webinar

Hosted on: Wednesday, March 20, 2019

Mature organizations are spending more time, energy, and resources to mine the gold at the intersection of data and people. Most of us understand that gathering data on our workforce, analyzing it, and then turning it into meaningful business intelligence is a good idea. But most of us, frankly, aren’t very good at it.

It’s not entirely our fault; we’ve been led astray. In this webinar we’ll get back on track.

You don’t need a PhD in statistics to wield the power of workforce analytics, but you will need to roll your sleeves up and do some important work. There are key principles you must follow to ensure your analytics efforts translate into a concrete plan that will move the needle on both engagement and bottom-line results. This webinar will leave you with the knowledge and tools to do exactly that.

Takeaways

Attendees leave with meaningful information around:

1. The common pitfalls organizations make with people analytics and tips for avoiding them

2. What the most mature organizations are doing in their people analytics practice today

3. Core principles for sound workforce analytics practices

4. Suggestions for translating data around what your employees (really) experience into tangible action, more effective leadership, and meaningful business results
