In an effort to accommodate all requests and to ensure we have events spread out throughout the month, we ask that you provide us with your top 2 choices for an event. We will do our best to try and satisfy your #1 priority and notify you by 12/5/15 of the date chosen for your event.
Please note by agreeing to host an event, you are also responsible for listing the event on the MINDBODY app prior to January 1st so you can ensure consumers can book, attend, and to avoid an overflow if you have a max capacity.
