Job Overview


As a hosted technology service provider, the Assistant Vice President of Service Delivery is ultimately responsible for ensuring that we provide world-class service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a highly technical, hands-on engineering or operations manager/director that will lead and grow a team of 7-20+ technical support specialists, implementation engineers, and network & systems engineers. This includes overseeing and being directly engaged with all technical operations, systems engineering, networking design and maintenance, security, and our fanatical technical support services.



We need a smart individual that can learn quickly about our complex software, network, systems, and security architecture. In this leadership role, the ideal candidate will be diligent, methodical, and organized with an appreciation for mission-critical service delivery, as they will be the “go-to” person for many areas of our technology. As a member of our lead team, the candidate will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our business and provide vision with regard to the development of our technology.
