Job Overview


We are seeking a full time Support Technician who will provide application, networking and desktop support for all of the users of our VPN service. Successful support technicians will have the ability to troubleshoot various application and connection issues, prioritize tasks, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Support is provided over the phone, via live web chat, and via email.



This is an excellent way to learn about our technology and company, serving as a gateway to other opportunities within Positive Networks, from network engineering and software development to sales engineering and web development.
