Aim:
To gather feedback on the implementation and management of CMIC APAC SERVICES (CAS) organization since its establishment in October 2014.

Background: 
Prior to October 2014, local management was implemented. There were no cross functional management, training and support. Interactions with colleagues in CMIC HQ and in other Asian countries were limited.
