Organisational Review at Cardiff & Vale College

Hello,

You are invited to participate in the CAVA Organisational Review. In this survey, 23 managers will be asked to complete questions about different aspects of the College’s culture and climate.

This questionnaire is made up of 50 questions should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this survey is valuable for feedback on the college. This will identify and explore the College's key characteristics.

Once they have been identified, they can be compared to the culture the organisation wants to operate and any appropriate changes can be planned and monitored.

There are no foreseeable risks associated with this review. It is very important to take advantage of this opportunity to give straight answers so that the college learns your opinions.

The survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and remain confidential.

If you have quuries about the survey, you may contact Marcia Granger on 07984 184630 or by email at [email protected].
