When customers select a Transportation Service Provider, they make a choice between QUALITY, that is all of the BENEFITS they are looking to get, and PRICE, that is the COSTS they incur.

The following list of 7 BENEFIT attributes were identified during the CVM Kickoff Meeting as being important in the customer's decision regarding which solution provider to use. These BENEFIT attributes represent all the areas related to services or benefits they receive. The attributes are:
