It's three(3) months now that you have become part of the Republic Bank family as Republic Bank(Suriname) N.V. It is important to us to know and understand, how you feel about the changeover thus far, and as such we wish to check in with you.

How are you adjusting to the changes? Has it been great? Has it been difficult? Let's hear from YOU. Your feedback is valuable to us, as it will allow us to identify what we have done well and what areas we need to improve upon. This will provide us with the opportunity to address any concerns or gaps as identified by you.

In this regard we would appreciate if you would take the time to complete the following survey. The survey consists of fourteen (14) questions and should take between 3-5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential. The data will be collected and analyzed as a group to provide information that will allow us to have insight into the level of satisfaction with the transition to date.
