Dear Friends,

Thank you for participating in this survey. The Learning and Development department are assessing current provision and thinking about future courses and initiatives. Your responses will ensure that we place the needs of our churches first.

The survey has 20 questions and will take about 10 minutes to complete. It is hoped that you've had an opportunity to talk about the questions with your church beforehand so it is a church response. The survey is voluntary, confidential and all reports will only be made in the aggregate. You have the option of remaining anonymous but this means that we will not able to send you further information. You can withdraw from the survey at anytime.

The abbreviation ITC stands for Integrated Training Course and CF stands for the Congregational Federation. The survey occasionally talks about 'members'. These are people who worship with you regularly and are able to make decisions at your church meeting.

The GIFT course (Growing in Faith Together) is a year long course that includes three weekends for learning and fellowship together. It offers individuals the opportunity to grow in general Christian understanding and can be nationally or locally delivered.
