You are invited to participate in our food processing water use survey. In this survey, CLFP members and other food processors are requested to complete a survey that asks questions about water usage and conservation measures.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential, and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Trudi Hughes of the CLFP at (916) 640-8150 or Robert Beggs at Brown and Caldwell (530) 204-5203 or by email at the email address specified below. Aggregates of answers will be compared to the previous CLFP survey results and to published historical data on water usage and efficiency for food processing operations.

Additional details or clarification for some of the questions are available by clicking on the "?" button when shown.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
