We are trying to identify potential pain points that may exist between various departments that have a hand in group products. This will help us assess ways in which we may get more effective collaboration between departments and reduce the number of errors related to handing off documents between departments.

We also hope to identify pain points related to multi-user document reviews, and if there are any issues with having different versions of the same document floating around.
