We are conducting a national study to determine the degree of job complexity required of higher education administrators relative to the complexity of behaviors they exhibit in the exercise of their leadership. This study will include leaders from admissions, enrollment management, student affairs, financial aid, student life, and housing.

You are invited to participate in our research, which is conducted under the Higher Education Program at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. We anticipate the survey will take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Your participation will be valuable in furthering our understanding of higher education leadership in this range of administrative functions. We anticipate disseminating the results at association meetings and through professional journals, to have maximum impact on the field of practice.

All individual responses for this research will be held confidential and anonymous, only accessible by the researchers. There are no direct benefits to you from participating, nor are there any risks besides those of everyday life.
