Cray wants to aggressively expand its share of the $1-10M cluster market. Please help us understand the product issues that are creating the greatest friction for you as you approach potential customers.

The questions is this survey ask you to gage your potential customers' sensitivities to the absence of a "capability" in the Cray value proposition.  For instance if a capability is a "Must-have" in the eyes of a customer, it would be "unacceptable" if it were absent. Likewise, if a customer doesn't care if the capability is present, its absence would be "fully acceptable".
