I am a M.SC Environmental Management student (Student ID: 2012921799) from the University of Hong Kong. As part of the course requirement, I am conducting my dissertation named “Corporate Social Responsibility in catering business in Hong Kong: current situation and the way forward”. I need to collect data from caterers to investigate the performance of CSR in catering business in Hong Kong, thus I sincerely invite you to participate in my survey. It will take about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to investigate the catering industry’s understanding and willingness to implement CSR. The questionnaire contains 3 sections: (A) Personal and company profile; (B) General understanding on the CSR concept and implementation; and (C) Current CSR practice. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you may withdraw from the survey at any point. Your opinions are valuable to my study as well as to the advancement of the industry’s CSR practice.
