Hello:
You are invited to participate in a survey I'm conducting for a class project. In this survey, all incoming CSSA students will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about thier cultural history, awareness, knowledge, and skills. This survey is about your life experiences. Hence, there are no right or wrong answers when it comes to sharing your experience.

It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. This survey is not sponsored by the Colelge of Education, however, your results may be helpful in developing future course work or developing program competencies. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be reported only in the aggregate. Moreover, because this is a weblink survey, your responses are completely annonymous. In otherwords, I cannot track who you are. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Wendy Aleman at 737-3516 or by email at the email address specified below.
